Before investigation formally starts, we would invite client to meet with our consultant to discuss the direction of investigation and come up with a solution on client’s request.
When client officially appointed VGM, we would sign a confidentiality agreement with client together with payment arrangement. Investigation will take place according to clients’ request.
How is a service fee being calculated and charged?
Service fee is calculated based on client’s request and the required investigation duration.
In some special circumstances, we would also tailor-made an investigation project with package pricing to our clients.
Service fees can be paid in cash or by cheque.
Would VGM have any confidentiality arrangement for their clients and the information they provide?
This is a MUST for us to keep all clients information confidential.
